Crane Outrigger Unmanned Robotic Production Line Manufacturing

The crane outrigger unmanned production line facilitates the distribution of parts from the heavy-duty AGV to the alignment station. The robot then automatically grabs the parts, performs automatic loading and unloading, automatic grouping, and finally, the outrigger assembly from the truss is automatically loaded and unloaded by the robot, which also performs the welding process. Once the truss has been delivered to the machining centre for inspection and marking, it is automatically gripped by the machine and undergoes automatic machining. Once this process is complete, the truss is automatically discharged and transported by the heavy-duty AGV to the lower line area.
