In our early jobs , We always get very serious and cautious when we work for customer's project , for all of our paper packaging products which are doing repeatedly proofread after design setting, suitably adjust according to layout, to ensure without error ,then we will make PP sample for customer's confirmation untill we get a PO . 

After it ( for mass production ) , We have set up our the roles by QC department and responsibilities to folow it during the whole production untill the finally work is finished and without issues .
