1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic Soft Bearing Rotor Balancing Machine (Model: XH-7600B) is designed for single/double-plane balancing of magnetic and
non-magnetic rotors. This balancing machine is ideally suited for
applications such as brushless vacuum cleaner rotors, brushless
power tool rotors brushless hair dryer components, robot knuckle
motor rotor and nail polisher rotors.
Featuring a soft bearing balance measurement structure, the machine
offers distinct advantages: a wider balancing speed range, superior
measurement accuracy, and exceptional repeatability. Equipped with
high-sensitivity vibration sensors, custom data acquisition cards,
and Zero Dynamic’s high-precision balancing software, it achieves
outstanding measurement precision (workpiece residual unbalance
≤0.5mg or lower).
The system ensures versatility through easy fixture adaptation for
different workpieces. With simple operator training, users can
independently replace fixtures and recalibrate the equipment,
minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
