1. Equipment Description Zero Dynamic’s Two-station Sweeper Motor Outer Rotor, Electric Motor Outer Rotor Vertical Double-plane Automatic Balancing Machine is suitable for dynamic balance inspection and double-planemilling and de-weighting of sweeper motor outer rotors. The equipment is compatible with the dynamic balance measurement of outer rotors with different shaft diameters (φ1.0~φ6) by replacing the clamping jaws. The equipment has the advantages of high precision, short cycle time and good stability.
The balancing test station of Zero Dynamic’s Two-station Sweeper Motor Outer Rotor, Electric Motor Outer Rotor Vertical Double-plane Automatic Balancing Machine adopts high-precision clamping jaws to hold the fan blade, and the servo motor drives the fan blade to rotate and position automatically, which has the advantages of high precision and high reproducibility. The de-weighting device adopts servo motor to drive the rotor to find the angle, clamping cylinder to clamp the rotor, and another servo drive power head moves near the rotor to complete the de-weighting. The milling cutter adopts special cutter, which can take care of the cutting volume and burr at the same time.
