1. Equipment Description Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Horizontal Power Tool Outer Rotor Balancing Machine Automatic Drilling Correction Balancer is a horizontal automatic balancing machine designed for client's rotor workpieces with shafts such as impellers of power tools. The machine can be designed with anti-magnetization program depending on whether the client's products are magnetized or not. The de-weighting of the machine can be decided according to the requirements of the customer's products, whether it is single-plane correction balancing or double-plane correction balancing. The machine is equipped with industrial-grade vacuum cleaner to adsorb the powder generated during balancing and correction to ensure that no cutting fillings is left on the surface of the machine. The equipment can meet the needs of different products for dynamic balance measurement and correction by changing fixtures.
The measuring station of Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Horizontal Power Tool Outer Rotor Balancing Machine Automatic Drilling Correction Balancer adopts soft bearing structure and high sensitivity vibration sensor, which has the advantages of high vibration resistance and high repeatability. The de-weighting station can select suitable tools according to the material and de-weighting requirements of the customer's products, and the number and position of drilled holes can be set in the dynamic balancing software. The equipment cleans the iron chips through high-power industrial vacuum cleaner, the cutting position is in the closed space, the chips are not easy to fly out; the design of the air flow path has a strong suction force in the cutting position. The vacuum cleaner is flexibly mounted, always close to the rotor during the cutting process.
