The workflow of this equipment is manual loading, the equipment automatically completes initial balance measurement, the handling mechanism to carry the workpiece to balance correction station, double-plane milling magnetic strips to correct the balance, the handling mechanism to carry the workpiece back to the test station, balance re-test, and manual unloading.

4. Main Features:

4.9 Measurement data will be saved automatically, and the system will judge whether the rotor is qualified or not after the measurement is completed, and the historical measurement values will be recorded in the form of text automatically.

4.11 Historical measurement data can be exported through USB interface, and the export format is csv, which can be opened by Excel and other software.
