The equipment has strong compatibility, quick changeover, high efficiency, and is suitable for mass production.
Zero Dynamic’s Single Station Fully Automatic New Energy Motor Balancing Machine adopts soft -bearing pedestal which has high precision measurement data and good repeatability. It can be connected with robot to automatically load and unload rotors, easy to operate. According to the rotor parameters, the equipment can automatically adjust the distance between the bearing pedestals, automatic material-removal radius. The equipment can produce independently, or be connected to the automatic rotor production line, can be connected to the MES system. The equipment is equipped with photoelectric safety protection and automatic alarm and shutdown in case of malfunction.
