Product Description:

Magnetic levitation vacuum pump is an efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly product, which adopts a three element flow centrifugal impeller and a high-speed synchronous motor integrated direct drive structure. It detects the vibration of the rotating shaft in real time through the built-in displacement sensor, and transmits the obtained information to the magnetic levitation bearing controller for conditioning and calculation, generating control current, which is then input into the magnetic bearing coil to generate electromagnetic force, thereby achieving the suspension of the rotating shaft.
A permanent magnet synchronous motor generates a frequency controllable current through a frequency converter, which is input into the motor stator to generate a rotating magnetic field and drive the shaft to rotate at high speed.
The impeller, which rotates at high speed along with the shaft, exhausts the air inside the impeller, creating negative pressure at the impeller. External gas enters the impeller through the inlet pipe and is expelled from the volute exhaust outlet. The inlet is connected to the vacuum process point to achieve the function of vacuuming.
