Featuring top lighting with 80 pieces of 18W lamps and waist lighting with 88 pieces of 18W LED lamps,

the Big Size Spray Booth ensures optimal illumination with an intensity of ≥1000Lux. The explosion-proof

light boxes and evenly distributed lighting minimize shadows and glare, allowing for precise and detailed

paint application. This superior lighting setup enhances visibility and accuracy, ensuring professional-grade finishes.

The main front door, 3000 × 2600mm (W×H), has three leaves with square tempered glass windows and EPS filling.

An additional working door, sized 800×2000mm (W×H), includes a pressure lock and observation window.

The booth’s EPS wall panels and galvanized sheet roof provide robust insulation, with optional materials available.

The lighting system delivers over 1000Lux with 32 top and 16 waist LED lamps. The air unit efficiently manages

intake and exhaust, aided by a Riello RG5S burner for optimal heating. The comprehensive filtration system ensures

a clean working environment, while the electronic control system offers precise operational control. Total power
