for Precise Tank Construction Product Overview The WINCOO Two-Stage Hydraulic Tank Lifting Cylinder is the core
actuating component of the YT-C Series hydraulic jacking system,
delivering powerful and precise lifting force for inverted tank
construction. Engineered for durability and efficiency, this
dual-stage cylinder is the result of over a decade of practical
refinement since its initial development for China's national crude
oil reserve project in 1994. Each cylinder is designed as a single-acting, two-stage hydraulic
unit specifically for vertical lifting applications, with return
achieved by external force or self-weight. The system's modular
nature allows operators to deploy multiple cylinders simultaneously
for large-scale tank projects. Technical Specifications
Note: Higher capacity configurations (up to 120 tons) are available
upon request. Key Advantages Compact and Powerful Despite its compact dimensions, each cylinder delivers 125KN of
theoretical lifting force, making it suitable for heavy-duty tank
lifting applications. The rigorous and compact structure ensures
overall force and lateral force are strictly calculated and
successfully applied. Precision Stroke Control With a stroke tolerance of ±0.5mm and glissade capacity limited to
≤5mm, the cylinder provides the high-precision positioning
essential for aligning large tank sections and ensuring weld
quality. Adjustable Lifting Configuration The hydraulic cylinder can be used for single or multiple lifting
height adjustments, as well as centralized control of multiple
groups. Operators can lift cylinders separately or in groups, with
multi-group integration for enhanced precision and welding results. Integrated Safety Locking All cylinders are equipped with safety valves that automatically
lock under power failure, hose rupture, or burst conditions,
preventing cylinder or tank dropping. Oil Leakage Prevention Each cylinder features a single high-pressure hose design to avoid
oil leakage issues commonly associated with traditional
multiple-hose configurations. The cylinder returns to its initial
condition by self-weight. Tank-Welding Machine Compatibility The cylinder's basic height is based on the tank shell width,
enabling seamless integration with automatic girth welding machines
for internal girth seam welding. Applications

including the pump station, steel wire, and strokes. It is not
intended for standalone use without the full control
