Core Components:
Feeding System: This consists of a vibrating feeder and a hopper.

Crushing System: The core component is the jaw crusher. It
typically features a sturdy welded frame, high-strength manganese
steel jaws, and a double-wedge discharge adjustment mechanism,

conditions.
Mobile Chassis: Small mobile jaw crushers typically utilize a
tire-mounted chassis that can be towed by a truck. This sturdy and
stable chassis provides reliable support for all the equipment
above.
Powertrain: Two main configurations are available. One is
diesel-powered, using the diesel engine as the power source,
enabling truly independent field operation. The other is powered by
an external electric drive, suitable for use within a factory or in
locations with a stable power supply, offering lower operating
costs and greater environmental friendliness. Conveyor system: This
system includes a discharge conveyor and an optional side conveyor
after the primary crushing station. The discharge conveyor can
stack the finished product directly or convey it to the next
crushing station. The side conveyor can be used for sorting or
removing impurities, increasing operational flexibility.
