Feeding: Fill the mould holes with mixed concrete raw materials (cement + aggregate + water).

Pressurised moulding: start the motor and apply high pressure to the mould through hydraulic system or mechanical lever to compress and mould the raw materials.

Demoulding: Lift the top cover of the mould, the brick billet is ejected, and the brick billet is moved out manually or by auxiliary equipment.

Conservation: the brick billet is left to natural conservation or steam conservation, after reaching the strength, it is used.
