Product introduction:
TONTEN machinery belt dryer machine consists of several independent
unit sections.Each unit section includes circulating fan, a heating
device, a separate or common fresh air intake system and an exhaust
gas exhaust system. The operating parameters of the drying medium
quantity, temperature, humidity and exhaust gas circulation volume
can be independently controlled to ensure the reliability of the
belt dryer and the optimization of operating conditions.
Distributed on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt passes through
a channel composed of one or several heating units. Each heating
unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each
channel has one or several dehumidification systems. When the
conveyor belt passes, the hot air passes through the material on
the conveyor belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, so that
the material can be evenly dried. The belt dryer is flexible to
operate, wet material feeding, and the drying process is carried
out in a completely sealed box.
