Working principle of ball mill machine:
The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which is
driven by an outer gear ring. The material is evenly fed into the
grinding chamber through the hollow shaft. The grinding chamber is
equipped with stepped linings and corrugated linings, and contains
steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force
generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel balls to
a certain height to hit and grind the materials. After the material
reaches the initial grinding in the first chamber, it enters the
second chamber through the ore dressing screen. The second chamber
is equipped with flat linings and steel balls. After the material
is secondary ground, it is discharged from the discharge screen. It
can be used to process gold ore, marble, feldspar, quartz, calcite,
limestone, copper ore, iron ore, etc.
