Non-ferrous separation eddy current separator for metal copper
Working principle:
The eddy current separator is mainly composed of an external
roller, an eccentric roller, a magnetic roller drive motor, a
reducer, a passive roller, an annular integrated belt, a vibrating
screen, a frame, etc. The material is fed from the vibrating
screen, and the material is transported to the magnetic roller with
the belt. The internal magnetic roller runs at high speed, and the
conductor (non-ferrous metal) in the material generates an induced
current in the high-frequency alternating magnetic field. Different
magnetic fields are used to make the magnetic particles produce
asynchronous rotational motion under a larger magnetic field
intensity. The magnetic field generated by this current is opposite
to the original magnetic field, which produces a strong repulsive
force on non-ferrous metals, and instantly ejects non-ferrous
metals from the material to achieve the purpose of separation.
Advantages of eddy current separator:
1. According to the different rotation directions of the rotor,
materials of different sizes can be separated; the span of
separable metal particles is large.
2. Automatic control system, simple operation, automatic separation
of metals and non-metals; reliable single power supply design,
making the system compact and reliable.
3. No need for incineration or chemical solution immersion, in line
with environmental protection requirements.
4. Eddy current separator is a high-efficiency magnetic separation
equipment, suitable for industrial application, which can separate
magnetic materials of different particle sizes.
5. Common magnetic system arrangement improves the magnetic pole
throwing effect. Permanent NdFeB magnet is used as the magnet
source, with strong magnetic pole.
6. Main bearing is equipped with high temperature protection
to avoid overheating and damage to the equipment. The bearing seal
protection can adapt to various harsh working environments.
7.The center of the magnetic pole adopts an eccentric design, and
the metal eddy current throwing force is stronger,avoiding damage
of metal to equipment.
