CuNi23 NC030 High-Strength and Conductivity Alloy for Heat Exchangers in Engineering

 

CuNi23 is a copper-nickel alloy composed of 77% copper and 23% nickel, offering a combination of excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. It is particularly effective in marine environments, where it resists saltwater corrosion, making it ideal for applications in shipbuilding, offshore equipment, and seawater cooling systems.

 

This alloy also provides good electrical conductivity and is non-magnetic, making it suitable for use in electrical contacts, resistors, and electronic components where magnetic interference is a concern. CuNi23 maintains high tensile strength and is resistant to erosion and cavitation, making it useful for marine propulsion systems, heat exchangers, and piping systems exposed to harsh conditions.
