Product introduction:
The HQ41X ball side check valve adopts a rubber wrapped rolling
ball as the valve disc. Under the action of the medium, it can roll
up and down on the integral slide of the valve body, thereby
opening or closing the valve. It has good sealing performance,
noise reduction, and no water hammer.
The valve body adopts a full water flow channel, with high flow
rate, low resistance, and 50% less water loss than the rotary
valve. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and can be
used in cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic sewage
pipelines. It is more suitable for submersible sewage pumps, with a
medium temperature of 0-80 ℃. Can be installed at the water pump
outlet to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump.
The opening and closing components of a check valve rely on the
flow and force of the medium to open or close on their own, in
order to prevent medium backflow. Check valves are generally
divided into four types: lift type, swing type, butterfly type, and
horizontal type. Full lift check valves should be installed on
horizontal pipelines, while vertical lift check valves and bottom
valves are generally installed on vertical pipelines, and the
medium flows from bottom to top. The installation position of swing
check valves is not limited, usually installed on horizontal
pipelines, but can also be installed on vertical pipelines or
dumping pipelines. Attention: The check valve only allows the
medium to flow in one direction, and special attention should be
paid to the direction of medium flow. The normal direction of
medium flow should be aligned with the arrow direction indicated on
the valve body, otherwise it will cut off the normal flow of
medium.
