IoT Ventilation Butterfly Valve

Description

The IoT ventilation butterfly valve features a metal body (ductile iron, steel) with a rotating circular disc on a shaft (connected to an actuator) for airflow control, hard-sealing via metal surfaces for durability; it integrates sensors, a microcontroller, and communication modules for smart monitoring and control.

  • Low power consumption and high efficiency: It only requires 10W of power, saving energy costs and being able to work efficiently and stably at the same time.
  • Smooth speed regulation: Adopting PWM stepless speed regulation ensures a stable operation process of the actuator and provides more stable control.
  • High-performance motor: The built-in brushless motor with overload protection is stable, reliable and has a long service life.
  • Real-time parameter display: The OLED real-time displays status and parameter information in Chinese or English,providing more real-time feedback and fault alarm information during the use process.
  • Precise control: The adjustable range is wide, from 30% to 100%, and it has a control accuracy of 0.5%, precisely meeting the control requirements of different occasions.
  • Multiple feedback methods: It supports feedback methods of 4-20mA/0-10V/1-5V, ensuring the accuracy of control.
