This product is a budget-grade, interior partition wall system made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core sandwich panels.

• The "Low Cost" is Achieved via Material Choice: The use of EPS is what makes this product cheap. It is the most economical insulating core available.
• Fire Safety is the MAJOR Concern: This is the most important factor.
  • EPS is highly flammable. It can melt and spread fire rapidly, producing toxic black smoke.
