Water based PU Shoe Sole Release Agent Lubekote 9120M-1

Application Field:

Lubekote 9120M-1 is a lubricant and release system designed for polyurethane industry.

Lubekote 9120M-1 is water-based. It can be diluted.

Properties:

Application:

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned. The release agent should be well stirred before use. For shoe sole application it can be diluted by adding 10-20 parts of water. It is best to use deionized water. Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M-1. After the water has evaporated start the production.

Handling precautions:
For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with copious amounts of water.
