Before cooperating with suppliers, we ask the suppliers to go to our factory for understanding our rawmaterial standard,then send the documents. The average year of our raw material suppliers are 6 years.

Raw Materials Inspection 
Keeping 100% sampling inspection for every raw materials batch, refusing the unqualified raw materials.

 

Half Finisehd Product Inspection 
Keeping 100% inspection per day for all lines, and every two hours one time.
Keeping 100% samples inspection every day for product performance in testing center.

Finisehd Product lnspection
Every batch of the finished product must be tested, then keeping 100% sampling inspection every days.
