Introduction of Feeding System

Pan feeding system consists of a driving device,a hopper,a conveying pipe, an  auger,trays,a  suspension  lifting  device,an  anti  perching  device  and  a feed  sensor.The  main  function  of  the  system  is  to  convey  the  feed  in  the hopper  into  each  tray  to  ensure  the  eating  of  the  meat  chickens  and automatically  control  the  conveying  opening/closing  of  the   motor  by  the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

Other Equipment of Feeding System

Sensor: IFM sensor from Germany:use for induct feeder pan material level.

Auger: Helical spring auger from South    Africa,feeding capacity:450kg/h, dia:36#,49#,63#,75#,90#, also can customize.

Motor: Taiwan/taly famous high-quality special driving reduction motor, protection level:IP55,aluminum alloy frame,good radiating.

Hanging System: winch,pulley,S hook,steel wire and so on. Max lifting weight:1600kg

Feed Pan: 360°rotate avoid chicken get hurt. 14 grills designed to ensure easy    access and featuring a special spill proof edge.
