When all feed pan is full of feed, control box will stop the motor from working; when feed in the feed pan is eaten up, control box will start the motor working again.

The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily. Automatic drinking system will include nipple drinkers, filter, pipe connection, lifting piece, dosing device, tube fix clip, s-hook, lifter, small pulley, nylon cord.

Environment control system has chicken grow temperature curve, minimum air volume curve, light curve, automatic control crosswise and length ways ventilate. Control exhaust fan, heater stove, curtain, cooling pad, light system and feeding line. The system can through the mobile phone to realize remote real-time monitoring and management.

The elevator transfers eggs onto the elevator chain in a set pattern. This is to ensure that no eggs are transferred onto already occupied steps. If a barn houses birds of different age groups, the elevators can also be used to collect eggs per row or per flock. In order to match the conveying capacity and the laying performance, we recommend separately actuating egg belts and elevator chains. With the elevator, dosing wheels transport the eggs onto the elevator chain, from where they are moved downwards to the lower sliding grille.
