Industrial Powered Galvanized Roller Conveyor for Aluminum, Steel
& Stone Sheets When sheets are long, heavy, or simply too hot to handle manually,
a reliable roller conveyor keeps the workflow moving. This
industrial-grade powered unit uses a hot-dip galvanized frame and
positively driven rollers to transport aluminum, steel, or stone
sheets from one workstation to the next without slipping or stall. Construction Highlights
Operating Data (typical setup) • Roller pitch: set so at least three rollers support the shortest sheet at any time. • Load guidance: optional fixed or adjustable side rails prevent sheets from drifting. • Ambient range: -10 °C to +50 °C; motor rated IP55 for workshop dust and water mist. Integration Options • Add a photoelectric sensor for “sheet present” signal. • Include a lift-and-transfer module to shift sheets 90° onto a cross conveyor. • Mount a frequency inverter on the frame if variable speed is required.
