Easy-to-Construct Composite Geomembrane
Composite Geomembrane is a professional geosynthetic material
manufactured by bonding geotextiles (woven or non-woven, plastic or
PEN) with high-quality polymer films (PE, EVA) using advanced
hot-melt coating technology. This creates a permanent bond between
the water-conducting geotextile layer and the anti-seepage polymer
layer, preventing delamination during construction and use.
Product Advantages
- Superior anti-seepage performance effectively blocks water and
harmful substance penetration
- Exceptional toughness and tensile strength withstands construction
stress and external impacts
- Excellent resistance to chemical erosion and UV radiation for
long-term outdoor use
- Stable performance across temperature variations with extended
service life
- Combines drainage/reinforcement of geotextile with anti-seepage of
polymer materials
- Easy to cut, lay, and customize according to project requirements
Applications
- Earth-rock dams and hydraulic engineering structures
- Channels, liquid storage pools, and construction cofferdams
- Subway and tunnel anti-seepage systems
- Roadbed anti-salinization and foundation anti-seepage
- Tailings dams and waste containment facilities
- Roof and basement moisture-proofing applications
Product Configuration
| Type | Description | Applications |
|---|
| One-Cloth-One-Membrane | Single geotextile layer bonded with polymer membrane | Standard anti-seepage and reinforcement requirements |
| Two-Cloth-One-Membrane | Dual geotextile layers with central polymer membrane | Enhanced drainage and reinforcement applications |
Installation Guidance: Ensure joints are clean and dry with standard lap width of
80-100mm. Welding must be secure and firm. Refer to specialized
construction plans for detailed installation procedures and
precautions.
