The JINSP® IT2000CE online FT-IR analyzer is specifically designed for the purpose of in situ monitoring of chemical reactions as they occur. The IT2000CE model is equipped with the capability to establish a bypass connection directly to the flow cell that is integrated within the continuous flow reactor, thereby facilitating the process of online monitoring. This feature makes it particularly well-suited for applications involving continuous flow or tubular reactors. Additionally, the IT2000CE can utilize an immersion probe designed to penetrate deeply into the liquid surface of the reaction system. This allows for precise monitoring of each individual reaction component, rendering it an even more appropriate choice for kettle batch reactors.
