In our company, product quality is always our core concern. The production and testing of plastic crates strictly follow international quality standards to ensure that the products can meet customer needs in every link.

1. Material screening
   We use high-strength, impact-resistant new environmentally friendly PP or HDPE materials, and go through a strict supplier review process to ensure that the raw materials meet environmental standards and have superior physical properties.
2. Production process control
   During the production process, we use advanced injection molding equipment and mold technology, and strictly monitor each process, including key parameters such as temperature, pressure, cooling time, etc., to ensure that each product has accurate size and stable structure.
3. Testing process
   The finished plastic  crate must pass the following strict tests:

• Appearance inspection: ensure that there are no burrs, cracks, and the surface is smooth and flat;
• Dimension inspection: use professional measuring tools to confirm that the product size deviation is within the allowable range;
• Load-bearing and durability test: simulate actual use scenarios to test the load-bearing capacity and durability of the turnover box;
• Environmental adaptability test: evaluate performance in extreme environments such as high and low temperatures and humidity.​​
