Working Conditions: Adopting hydraulic pump and valve components of
international first-tier brands, it builds a full-hydraulic drive
structure with strong and linearly controllable power output. The
118kW high-power engine can easily drive three crawlers to walk
synchronously. The three crawlers adopt a triangular distribution
design, and the ground contact area is 40% larger than that of
traditional double crawlers. It has stronger grip in complex
working conditions such as soft soil and sloped sites, and the
walking deviation is controlled within ±2mm, ensuring stable and
non-shaking paving process, avoiding segregation and collapse of
concrete structures, and adapting to multi-scenario continuous
construction needs.

operation platform and a 10-inch high-definition touch screen, it
dynamically displays 16 core parameters such as paving speed,
vibration frequency, fuel consumption, and equipment temperature in
real time, allowing operators to grasp the working conditions at a
glance. Built-in ECO intelligent energy-saving mode, which monitors
the construction load in real time through sensors and
automatically adjusts the engine speed and hydraulic system flow.
When the load is less than 30%, it automatically switches to the
energy-saving gear, reducing the comprehensive fuel consumption by
15%-20% compared with traditional equipment; it also supports
manual/automatic dual-mode switching. Manual precise control can be
used for complex special-shaped structure construction, and the
automatic mode can increase efficiency by 30% for simple linear
structures.

square-shell vibrator, the vibration frequency can be steplessly
adjusted within the range of 0-167Hz, and the vibration amplitude

parameters can be preset for different grades of concrete from C15

The maximum crawler steering angle can reach ±130°. When
constructing in narrow municipal roads or sites with many
obstacles, the minimum turning radius is only 3.5m, and the
equipment positioning accuracy reaches ±1mm, greatly reducing
construction blank and rework.
