All-in-One-Station Featuring an all-in-one-station design, the station boasts a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also enhancing safety and noise and dust insulation performance. It uses the linear motor with magnetic scale forms a completed closed-loop control. It makes it obtain more precise position control and suitable for high-precision workpiece grinding.Accessories such as intermediate wheel devices, side wheel devices, automated wax (soap) devices and other auxiliary grinding accessories are optional.
Functional Station For a more compact structure and easier transportation, the structural layout and floating control of the grinding machine station are optimized. The installation platform is made of welded steel. A grilled mesh is arranged on the platform and several air extraction ports are arranged at the bottom of the platform to effectively remove the deposited dust. There are 2 loading and unloading stations. The floating module drives two belts in the form of one driving two.
