1.Introduction 

    

   A closed-loop control system -- Gravimetric Feeding Machine,based on weight detection adopts an embedded real-time control system, equipped with high-precision weighing modules, continuously measuring the material consumption of the extruder, and collecting the screw speed and traction machine speed of the extrusion production line in real-time. After setting the meter weight/extrusion amount, based on the set values, the adaptive algorithm is used to adjust the screw speed and traction speed in real-time, thereby achieving real-time control of the pipe wall thickness.
