The KR-0876RTZ ultrasonic cleaning machine uses ultra-audio signals higher than 20KHz, which are converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations through transducers and transmitted into the cleaning solution. Ultrasound is alternately dense and sparse in the cleaning solution and radiates forward, making the liquid flow and generating tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles are formed and grow in the negative pressure formed by the longitudinal propagation of ultrasonic waves, and quickly close (extinguish) in the positive and negative pressure areas. The formation and rapid closure of these tiny bubbles is called cavitation phenomenon. In the cavitation phenomenon, when these bubbles close, an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheres is formed. Accompanied by the continuously generated instantaneous high pressure, it is like a series of small explosions constantly bombarding the surface of the object, so that the oil and dirt on the surface and in the gaps of the object are quickly peeled off, achieving a rapid cleaning effect. This equipment is composed of the following parts: This equipment is automatically controlled by PLC programmable controller for cleaning. The production main line of the equipment consists of 1 pickling and rust removal tank, 2 ultrasonic solvent cleaning tanks, 2 ultrasonic water rinsing tanks and 2 drying processes. In the ultrasonic solvent tank, the strong penetrating power of ultrasonic waves impacts the surface of the workpiece and combines the degreasing and decontamination ability of the solvent, so that the oil stains tightly attached to the workpiece surface quickly fall off. Cleaning, rinsing, dehydration and high-efficiency filtered hot air drying make it meet the requirements of high cleanliness. Thus, the purpose of cleaning is achieved and all workpieces are thoroughly cleaned. Operation process: The washing basket containing products is placed on a trolley and pushed into the automatic feeding limit area. The feeding system is positioned by PLC control, and then sent into each process section in turn through the cooperation of the lifting mechanism and the translation mechanism. After pickling, cleaning, rinsing, dehydration and drying of the workpiece in each process section are completed, the washing basket is automatically sent out through transmission, and the washing basket is manually unloaded, thus completing the entire cleaning process. The cleaning part of the whole machine is a fully enclosed structure with a detachable observation and maintenance door. The power distribution facilities of the equipment are an independent electric control cabinet placed at the position of the feeding port.
