a stainless steel framework. The upper cover part of the cleaning
machine adopts a single-layer structure and is made of 1.2mm thick
stainless steel plate. An insulation layer is set in the drying
section to reduce energy consumption. 1.2. The liquid tank has a single-layer structure and is made of
1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel plate. The inside is divided into
several areas by partitions to achieve filtration, oil filtration,
and oil separation of the cleaning liquid respectively. The liquid
tank is equipped with a water replenishment port, a liquid drainage
port, and an overflow port. The bottom is inclined from both sides
to the middle, and the cleaning liquid is concentrated and
discharged from the liquid drainage port at the bottom of the
liquid tank. 1.3. The liquid tank is equipped with a liquid level controller.
When the liquid level is abnormal, it will promptly remind for
water replenishment or water stoppage. In abnormal situations, an
emergency shutdown is achieved. 1.4. A stainless steel electric heater is installed inside the
liquid tank, which can raise the liquid temperature from room
temperature to the operating temperature within 30 - 60 minutes.
The temperature is automatically controlled within the range of RT
- 100°C, with manual setting and automatic control. A temperature
control instrument is provided for automatic display. Thermal
insulation cotton is pasted on the outside of the liquid tank to
prevent heat dissipation. 2), Conveying system: The system is composed of a frequency conversion speed-regulating
motor, a conveying chain rod, a main transmission shaft, a driven
transmission shaft, etc. The transmission conveyor chain adopts a
commonly used 304 stainless steel mesh belt, and the width of the
feed inlet is 800mm. 3), Spray cleaning system: 3.1. The cleaning system is composed of a cleaning pump, a spray
cleaning pipeline, nozzles, etc. The nozzles are adjustable in
angle and can adjust the jet direction within a range of 30
degrees. The distance between each nozzle is ≤120mm, and nozzles
are arranged on the upper, lower, left, and right of the spray
pipeline to ensure that all surfaces of the workpiece can be
washed. 3.2. The system pipeline adopts stainless steel pipes, and the
nozzles are plastic high-temperature-resistant nozzles. The nozzles
can be quickly replaced, disassembled, and the direction is
adjustable. 3.3. The cleaning water pump adopts a vertical in-line pump of
"Yuanli" from Taiwan. The cleaning flow rate is ≥30 cubic meters
per hour, the cleaning pressure is ≥350Kpa, and the pressure is
adjustable. 4), Spray rinsing system (2 stages): 4.1. The rinsing system is composed of a rinsing pump, a spray
rinsing pipeline, nozzles, etc. The nozzles are adjustable in angle
and can adjust the jet direction within a range of 30 degrees. The
distance between each nozzle is ≤120mm, and nozzles are arranged on
the upper, lower, left, and right of the spray pipeline to ensure
that all surfaces of the workpiece can be washed. 4.2. The system pipeline adopts stainless steel pipes, and the
nozzles adopt plastic high-temperature-resistant nozzles or use the
square tube drilling technology. 4.3. The rinsing water pump adopts a vertical in-line pump of
"Yuanli" from Taiwan. The cleaning flow rate is ≥30 cubic meters
per hour, the cleaning pressure is ≥350Kpa, and the pressure is
adjustable. 4.4. Configure a 0.5-ton pure water machine (the pure water machine
is connected to a separate spray pipe to maintain live water
spraying, and the sprayed water overflows into the previous tank).5), Fan water-blowing system (two sections): 5.1. The water-cutting system is composed of a high-pressure fan,
an air knife, a hose, a slope, etc. It can dry most of the water on
the workpiece and prevent water waste. 7), Drying system: Purpose: To dry the workpiece that has been cleaned. The system is
composed of a centrifugal fan, a heating pipe, a temperature
controller, etc. The centrifugal fan makes the hot air in the
drying box recycled to avoid heat energy loss. The hot air from the
specially made heater (adjustable from normal temperature to 150
°C) is blown towards the conveyed workpiece through the air duct to
accelerate the waterless drying of the workpiece. Power of the heat-resistant air-moving fan: 1.5 KW. 8), Filtering system: 8.1. The equipment cleaning liquid filtration adopts a two-stage
filtration. The first stage is a drawer-type filter basket at the
water return port, and the second stage filtration is a stainless
steel inserted plate filter screen at the pump suction port. 9), Electrical control system: 9.1. Relay automatic control is adopted. All low-voltage electrical
components used in the equipment are domestic high-quality famous
brand products. 9.2. Emergency stop buttons are set at the inlet and outlet ends to
prevent unexpected situations, enable timely shutdown, and improve
the safety performance of the equipment.
