LC-QXY-1913 Fully Automatic Vucuum Disc Chain Plate Filling and Sealing Machine
This machine is a new type of chain plate type fully automatic
sealing machine developed and manufactured according to demand.
It has high production efficiency.
The sealing film can be selected from roll film or sheet film
according to customer needs. The automatic robotic arm places the
sheet film and automatically heat-presses and seals.
The secondary sealing is more reliable.
It can seal four, six or eight boxes at a time, which greatly
improves production efficiency and saves manpower.

1. Functions and Configuration:
1. This machine seals two cups at a time.
2. Speed: Approximately 1500 cups/hour.
3. Workflow: Automatic cup dropping, automatic filling (twice) with
vibration system, automatic sealing, and automatic finished product
output.

stainless steel, food-grade industrial 2B plate with a brushed

aluminum foil composite film, film thickness not less than 0.1mm.

3. Payment Method:
After the contract is signed, 50% of the total contract amount will
be paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% can be paid after the
equipment is completed and can be inspected on-site or confirmed by
video.
After the equipment is inspected and qualified, the payment will be
released and the equipment will be delivered.

5. Warranty Policy:
The machine is guaranteed for one year and provides lifetime
service.
6. Usage Precautions:
1. This machine must be grounded before use.
2. Safety precautions: The internal molds are hot; do not put your
hands inside while the machine is powered on or off.
3. In case of emergency, press the red emergency stop button.
4. Always turn off the power before installing the sealing film.
5. If sealing for the first time, gradually increase the
temperature.
6. Ensure all four feet are level before placing the machine on a
solid surface.
7. Regularly apply grease to the guide pillars to reduce wear on
parts.
8. Clean the machine daily after get off work, especially the
conveyor belt and motor.
