ΔAutomatic small chemicals weighing system.This system can be arranged in a factory building to build a steel structure platform, on which is an unpacking, feedingand dust removal device, and under the platform is a weighing and batching device. The weighing conveyor is arranged in a straight line, and the weighing unit is flexible to assemble, simple in structure, and easy to expand according to the customer's future needs. The dust generated by weighing and unpacking is collected by a dust removal device. Manually put the aggregate bag on the batching basket, the batching basket is in the storage line, the positioning and transportation roller table, the electronic batching scale, the automatic operation, according to the formula to the weighing station and positioning, automatically deduct the tare weight,the feeder adds material to the batching basket for weighing, and after weighing, each batching basket automatically enters the next station for weighing.

ΔThe weighing unit is the key set to achieve high-precision weighing. and the bench scale is completely independent from the conveyor line, which not only ensures the weighing accuracy but also prolongs the service life of the bench scale, and at the same time shortens the weighing self-stabilization time and improves the weighing efficiency.
