It is mainly used for single or double side continuous gluing of curtain cloth, canvas and other textiles, and calendering production of thin film of rubber material, radial tire and air-tight layer.

5 Fabrication and technical standards

5.1 Frame: high strength cast iron through annealing treatment and completely processing via precision machining, with strong rigidity and good anti-vibration ability.

5.2 Bedplate: welded bedplate through annealing and processing, with a high rigidity and no deformation.

5.3 Roll and bearing
