Double Glazing Spacers are small small metal spacers that work to
separate and support the two (or three) panes of glass in a
multi-glazed window. These spacers hold the panes in place,
thus creating an air space filled with noble gasses or molecular
sieves for purpose of energy saving.
Considered spacers' performance, they can be divided into
Bendable Aluminum Spacer bar and Standard Aluminum Spacer bar.
Bendable Window Spacer Bar
Bendable window spacer bar is welded on the back and automated
manufactured with its mechanical features . Alloy material and
special temper ensure the corner are smooth and well formed.
Standard Window Spacer bar
Standard Aluminum spacer bar is kind of high-frequency welding
spacer with thin wall thickness. As it is unnecessary to be bent,
special aluminum alloy is applied for better hardness and strength.
The leftover of the spacer bar can be connected with steel straight
connectors. Beautiful appearance, reasonable price is an excellent
substitute for cold drawing aluminum spacer bar.
