The TPS62232DRYR is an ultra-small, 2A, synchronous step-down converter with HyperLight Load™. This device is designed for space-constrained applications, such as consumer and industrial electronics, and is capable of delivering up to 2A of output current at a voltage as low as 0.6V. The TPS62232DRYR features integrated FETs and is capable of operating with a wide input voltage range of 4V - 20V. The device is optimized for high efficiency at light and medium load, while providing low output ripple and fast transient response. It also features a Power-Good indicator, programmable soft-start, an internal compensation network, and a wide range of protection features.
