The NCP81241MNTXG is a highly integrated synchronous buck PWM controller and gate driver device, capable of delivering up to 4A of output current. It is designed primarily for use in DC-DC converters, offering excellent line and load regulation, low ripple, and fast transient response. It includes a fully integrated gate driver, power MOSFETs, and current sensing and protection. This device also offers programmable soft-start and over-temperature protection.
