STMicroelectronics STM32F411RET6TR 64-LQFP Microcontroller Unit The STM32F411RET6TR is a 64-LQFP microcontroller unit (MCU) from STMicroelectronics. It is based on the STM32F411RET6 ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 100 MHz. It incorporates 256 Kbytes of Flash memory and 64 Kbytes of SRAM. The unit also features 36 I/Os, an LCD parallel interface, two I2C, three USARTs, two SPIs, two I2Ss, an SDIO, an Ethernet MAC, a CAN, an RTC, 12-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC and power management. The device is housed in a 64-pin LQFP package and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is ideal for applications such as motor control, embedded computing, and industrial automation.
