The CY8C4248BZI-L469 is a PSoC 4 microcontroller unit (MCU) from Cypress Semiconductor. It is a low power, highly integrated, ultra-low-power 8-bit MCU with an ARM Cortex-M0+ core, offering 32KB Flash memory, 8KB SRAM and a wide range of analog and digital peripherals.
The device features a high performance, low power ARM Cortex-M0+ processor core, with up to 32 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, direct memory access controller (DMAC) and Clock Management Unit (CMU). It also offers various analog and digital peripherals, including 2x I2C, 2x UART, SPI, 6x 16-bit timers, 2x analog comparators, and an extensive range of GPIOs. The device is also capable of operating from a wide voltage range of 1.71V to 5.5V, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.
The CY8C4248BZI-L469 also offers a rich set of Power Management features, allowing the device to be configured for a wide range of power saving modes. The device is also fully supported by the PSoC Creator IDE, allowing for easy development and code reuse.
