The CY8C4127AZI-S455 is a PSoC 4127Zi-S2 ARM Cortex-M0+ Microcontroller Unit (MCU) from Cypress Semiconductor. This MCU integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ CPU core with a memory protection unit and rich peripheral set. It offers 128KB of Flash Memory, 8KB of SRAM and a wide range of analog and digital peripherals.
