The CY8C4126AZI-M445 is a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ microcontroller unit (MCU) with a Flash memory of 64 Kbytes and a RAM of 4 Kbytes. It is powered by an industrial-grade, low-power PSoC 4 M-Series architecture that provides up to 32 I/Os and configurable digital and analog blocks. The MCU includes a Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) that supports 8-bit resolution and a PGA for analog signal amplification.
