CY9BF524MPMC-G-MNE2 Microcontroller Unit
The CY9BF524MPMC-G-MNE2 is a high-performance, low-power microcontroller unit (MCU) featuring an ARM® Cortex®-M0+ processor core. This MCU has a maximum operating frequency of up to 48 MHz with a 1.8V to 3.3V operating voltage range, and it is designed for use in a wide range of applications including embedded systems, consumer, industrial, and automotive applications.
This MCU supports up to 1MB of Flash memory, 256KB of SRAM, and up to 32KB of ROM for program storage. It also features up to 24-bit SAR ADC, dual 8-bit DAC, 9-channel DMA, and up to 4x UART interfaces, and it has a flexible power management system with up to 6 power domains and 5 low-power modes. Additionally, this MCU includes an on-chip temperature sensor, clock generator, and a variety of communication and security peripherals.
