ATMEGA168-20AUR MCU Microcontroller Unit
The ATMEGA168-20AUR is a high performance, low-power 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It can provide up to 20 MIPS throughput at 16 MHz and operates between 2.7-5.5V. It contains 32 Kbytes of In-System Programmable Flash with Read-While-Write capabilities, 1 Kbyte of SRAM, 1K bytes of EEPROM, and a 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels. It also features a full-speed USB 2.0 interface, 32 general purpose I/O lines, a UART, SPI, and TWI. The ATMEGA168-20AUR is suitable for a wide range of applications such as automotive, consumer, industrial, and medical.
