The MAX3222IPWR is a dual driver/receiver IC designed for use in RS-232 communications applications. It is capable of providing up to +3V output from a +5V supply and supports data rates up to 120Kbps. The device is designed to reduce total system cost by eliminating the need for external logic and buffer components.
