Product Description:

 

The MAX3221EIPWR is an integrated circuit IC chip that features an RS-232 transceiver. It is low-power and includes a power-down mode. It also has an adjustable receiver threshold voltage. The MAX3221EIPWR features a 1µA (max) shutdown current and a 0.5µA (max) power-down current. The chip is rated for a 0.5V to 4.0V supply voltage and has a data rate of up to 250kbps. The MAX3221EIPWR also features an open-drain output, which allows it to be used in a wide range of applications.
