This IC chip offers an 8-channel single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch with low on-resistance. It offers a low-voltage single-supply operation from 1.8 V to 5.5 V and high-voltage dual-supply operation from ±2.5 V to ±5.5 V. It offers low power consumption and low charge injection. It is a silicon gate CMOS device and has TTL logic compatibility.
