This is an ADM485JRZ-REEL7, a low power, high speed, single-channel RS-485 transceiver. It is designed for applications that require large transmission distances and data rates up to 2.5Mb/s. It features an industry-standard pinout and a slew rate of 15V/μs. It features a driver output short-circuit protection, under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown protection, and bus-pin ESD protection up to ±15kV.
