Description:

 

The MAX3160EEAP+T is a low-power, high-speed, 3.3V, full-duplex RS-232 transceiver. It is designed to support data rates up to 250Kbps with a typical supply current of only 5mA. It includes an internal charge pump and requires only one external capacitor to generate the necessary RS-232 levels. It also features an improved ESD protection circuit that can withstand up to 15kV on all pins.
