01 Material Entry

H-shaped steel plate should be inspected again after entering the factory, and can be used only after meeting the design and specification requirements. Lofting materials should be for the purpose of ensuring processing quality and saving materials. After setting out, it shall be inspected by inspectors to ensure the accuracy of geometric dimensions, geometric tolerances, angles and mounting contact surfaces of parts, components and members.

02 H Section assembly

The H section stands on the imported H section production line. Four hydraulic positioning systems secure the upper and lower flange plates and webs of the H-beam members for positioning.

03 Automatic welding

After H steel is assembled, it is hoisted into the gantry type submerged arc automatic welder for welding, and welding is carried out according to the specified welding sequence and welding specification parameters.

04 Straighten the flange

In one case, the flatness of the H steel wing plate is corrected using the H steel wing plate corrector. In special cases, the verticality of the H-steel fins and webs is corrected by flame, and the side-bending of H-steel is corrected by flame.

05 Assembling

Make the mold, finalize the design, and pass the relevant department review before assembly. After the first part is assembled, it should be inspected.
